\u00d6n k\u0131s\u0131mda kemi\u011fin kal\u0131n oldu\u011fu yere 2, arka k\u0131s\u0131mda ise 2 implant uygulan\u0131r. \u00d6nde ki implantla 90 derecelik a\u00e7\u0131 ile yerle\u015ftirilen arkadaki implantlar 45 derecelik a\u00e7\u0131 ile yerle\u015ftirilir. \u0130mplant yerle\u015ftirme \u00f6ncesi hastadan al\u0131nan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc ile hastaya implant tan hemen sonra uygulanacak ge\u00e7ici protez haz\u0131rlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n
