Bunun sebebi; hem beslenmenin a\u011f\u0131z ve di\u015f yoluyla yap\u0131lmas\u0131, hem de beslenme sayesinde h\u00fccre dokular\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131na neden olan besinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130nsanlar\u0131n, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015famalar\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fcmeleri ve \u00e7o\u011falmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli sentezleri organizmada yap\u0131lmayan, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan eser miktarda al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken organik bile\u015fiklere vitamin ad\u0131 verilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130nsan da vitamin eksiklikleri yetersiz al\u0131\u015f, barsak absorbsiyonununda ki bozukluk ya da al\u0131\u015fa oranla ihtiyac\u0131n artmas\u0131 sonucu meydana gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vitaminler ya\u011fda ve suda eriyenler olarak ikiye ayr\u0131l\u0131r;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>A\u00a0V\u0130TAM\u0130N\u0130<\/b>:<\/span> Ya\u011fda erir. \u015ealgam, \u0131spanak ve karnabahar gibi bitkilerin ye\u015fil pigmentlerinde bulunur. A Vitaminin eksikli\u011fi osteoblast ve odontoblast aktivitesini azaltarak kemik ve di\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini yava\u015flad\u0131r. A\u011f\u0131z kavitesi ve mukozas\u0131nda keratinizasyon g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. T\u00fckr\u00fck sekresyonu azal\u0131r veya tamamen ortadan kalkar.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>A\u011f\u0131z kurulu\u011fu\u00a0sonucunda di\u015f etleri ve a\u011f\u0131z mukozas\u0131nda \u00e7atlamalar meydana gelir. A\u011f\u0131z sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmedi\u011finde mikroorganizmalar bu \u00e7atlaklara yerle\u015ferek enfeksiyonlara neden olur. Bu nedenle a\u011f\u0131z dokusunda meydana gelen iyile\u015fmelerde gecikir.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>A Vitaminin eksikli\u011finde:<\/b><\/span>\u00a0Kollejen liflerde dejenerasyon meydana gelir ve periodontal aral\u0131k geni\u015fler. Yine bu vitaminin eksikli\u011finde hipersementoz ve di\u015f s\u00fcrmesinde gecikme meydana gelebilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">A Vitamininin fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131nda:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Hipervitaminozunda epitelde dejenerasyon, iyile\u015fmede gecikme, osteoporosiz, alveol kemi\u011finde belirgin kemik rezorbsiyonlar\u0131, deride pigmentasyon, soyulmalar ve ka\u015f\u0131nt\u0131lar, menst\u00fcrasyon bozukluklar\u0131 meydana gelir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><\/b><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">D V\u0130TAM\u0130N\u0130:<\/span> Kemi\u011fin normal mineralizasyonunu sa\u011flar. B\u00fcy\u00fcme \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklarda, gebelerde ve emzikli kad\u0131nlarda vitamin D&#8217;nin g\u00fcnl\u00fck dozu 400 UI&#8217;d\u0131r. G\u00fcnl\u00fck gereksinme duyulan miktar 12-12 IU&#8217;d\u0131r. Yumurta ve ette de bulunur. Vitamin E bir antioksidantd\u0131r. Vitamin E h\u00fccre elemanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in esas olan oksidasyonu oksidasyonunun toksik \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini \u00f6nler. E vitaminin bulundu\u011fu durumlarda eritrositlerin hidrojen peroksid i\u00e7inde hemolize olmalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7leri artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
